If you want to have a heavier version of this with similar weapons (except Dane axe) go for the „knight crusader“ class even though you probably want to play without helmet then. You can also play as a jomsviking with men it arms (the shielded one), they have Viking like helmets and also a short sword (which also has skins of early medieval times). Not completely sure which amor would fit best though.
