This is part 2 of the 2000W sine inverter project. in this video I will create a powerful PWM module with 5A driving current. It can easily control 30 mosfet IRF3205. Of course, my project doesn't use that much mosfet :)). I only use 16 mosfet. It works at 30Khz frequency. This module can work at 150Khz. This is an inverter using a pulse transformer, I use 2 50mm toroidal cores. Stage 1: The 12V voltage from the battery will be boosted to 350VDC with the pulse transformer. The oscillator is SG3525 Stage 2: The voltage of 350VDC will be converted to 220VAC using H bridge and EGS002. The LC filter will convert the voltage from the H-bridge to a sine 220VAC. The efficiency of this circuit is 92%. This is part 2, This video has 4 parts, I will upload the video soon.

Anyways, nice and small so far, I think two kW is enough for emergency cases and doesn't use batteries too much, 12V is also ideal because you don't need to collect or buy cells but simply can use a car or even scooter battery/batteries, this is what I like to build, a as small as possible power supply for emergency cases but with full worthy mains AC at the output so it can drive everything that needs mains AC. Your project is solid. Good....... (310V DC - 220VAC) Can it come with modified sine or full sine projects with pic and avr.? it does not have to be pure sine.

What valve resistor is the pull down resistor question, reason why I as because I try using 10k quarter watt resistor to pull down the gate voltage of 7 volt from a 3 amp totem pole on my spwm driver and the mosfet blow up so am a bit confused why this happened and it’s watt 5000watt of mosfet all blow at once but when I replaced the mosfet and use 800 ohms resistor quarter watt everything work but at 2kw the the transformer begins to switch and buck noise so I know the pull don’t 800 ohms pulling down to much current why the transformer bucking sound and when I try 5 ohms resistor 1 watt everything work perfectly at 5 kw of load transformer was running noise low and smoothly but I try replacing the 800 ohms with 1k 1 watt and the mosfet blow again so am wondering why the commercials inverter use 10k gate to source and 100 ohm gate charge I think that’s why those commercials inverter alway burn up because of the 10k pull down resistor not discharging the gate at the duty cycle down draft

To test the pwm board standalone ,you have to connect the I-s pin to ground and V-s pin to +12 to get output waveform
