Great video! Good job. I have a problem under the dash board it seems, the speedo malfunctions and airbag light comes on and flashes. If I hold down the dash board above the gauge everything is normal. any idea what that could be?

James Birkin Hi, removing the heater box it is really complicated, you have to take out the coolant, A/C gas, full dash board with center consol, under dash bar, blow motor box, under dash lume (wire) so think about it well, unfortunately I do not have a video of this work..:)
Hey Mechanic, i know what i am talking about is not related to the video while i am install CD Changer to my Avensis like in this video while i am removing the radio one of the 4 screw which it’s position at the top of the radio is fall all way down in the position of the gear shifter i need help to get this screw

Hi, I know this Recall...why are you removing the driver's airbag before ask for driver AirBag recall. Anyway ,remowe both side plugs in sides off steering wheel, in side you will see 30T Bolts ,ignition off wait 90sec. ,remove 30t bolts from both side and airbag is ready to out. Tip... be ready for horn honking during open and close the 30t bolts.
Really I don't know. I've bought a dashboard from a used car, with airbag mounted. Normally it must be kept but, I do not know if the old problem was solved at that car. At my car the problem was solved and, to be safe, I want to switch the airbags. I do not know if I need to install the whole airbag or install only my inflator. The problem that was solved, as received via SMS: "breaking the pyrotechnic capsule if the airbag deploys can cause serious injury..."

hi, I had a similar case, check the electrical wiring behind the speedometer, probably there is a short circuit to the steel dashboard reinforcement.

Buy magnetic extension ;) Its hard to give u answer for that as its hard to guess where this screw goes.
