Repairing and outfitting a custom wooden drifter with all necessary hardware to float rivers in style. A true gentleman's boat. Elegant beauty yet rugged and ready for battle.
How do those stickers work? I’m in the process of building a 16’ double Ender. I’m painting for sure now! But would like to have wood show through like yours!
@@kylejulius9596 I custom made these myself I did all the design work and then took in my design to a vinyl decal place that does wraps/ boats/cars etc … and had them fo the printing for me. They hold up well. Just put them in a location at or above water level and avoid logs and rocks 😂.
It slides very easy. No resistance in the water or in shallows. After a full season of use I did reapply another coat snd sealed with epoxy. The bottom still allows a bit of flex when hitting a object. All wood boats require upkeep so for as much as I put it through I feel it held it’s ground very well.
@@TightLinesEntertainment614 thanks for the reply! I was looking at a few coatings for my boat, and this one is the most affordable. I have only seen a few people use it, but looks like it came out very nice on your boat! You guys did an awesome job.
You did a really nice job. Those wooden stickers are a nice touch too.
thank you Joseph. Watch some of our recent fly fishing vids on the new boat

Awesome boat, I'm located in Miami county Ohio. Are you gonna try it on the Ohio River?
Great video!! I was curious how well that bottom coating slides over rocks and logs? Does it stick like aluminum?

Gorgeous boat. What rivers do you run in Ohio.
Thank you. We travel all over Ohio with the boat. Chasing musky, pike, stripe bass, steelhead and trout.
@@TightLinesEntertainment614 how’s your boat on the Grand? We just hit it on Thursday with a glass Stealthcraft. Just curious how you like the boat
What Ply wood was used?
I float the grand river in OH on my own boat which I could float the grand with you
