Kathy, these are all so beautiful and I live what you do for your chicken. She’s going to love her plaque when it’s hung up. I used to manage a Salvos Thrift Store, when I was Salvation Army and one of my staff had chickens and she kept her chickens warm with woollen sweaters that she made for all her chickens, she had photos of them in their clothes. They all had names too, it was adorable. I always love all your projects you always do a beautiful job on everything, TFS Kathy.

Oh no! I’m so so sorry- I lost my sis in June of 22 and i think of her daily! It’s hard to learn to live without them around- I don’t think you ever get over it- I’ll say a prayer for you- it’s so difficult and I’m so sorry. The only peace I had about it was my sis had cancer for 4-5 years, and at the end I prayed God wouldn’t let her suffer if he wanted to take her- and she was on the day before she passed and literally overnight- she passed in her sleep- and I have peace knowing he answered my prayer and she didn’t suffer..but I know all too well how it feels❤️

To be honest- it’s kinda crazy to decorate! She just poops on everything anyways😝I’ve seen people on Pinterest put dressers and all kinds of pretty things- mine is mostly wall decor😝
My son is out in Ohio he had a chicken coop as well that he loved his chickens. However the neighbor's dog got to them. The point of this long story is he now has a chicken statue that he dresses in different outfits. He's recently divorced I keep telling him he's never going to find a girlfriend LOL
I’ve used those transfers in everything and anything! And honestly I don’t think you’d have to paint it first if you dont want to- what I would do is take a teeny tiny piece of a transfer and use it on the bottom of the jar or something- that way, you can make sure it’ll work before you use the whole thing! They’re not cheap - and that way, you’ll know before you put the whole thing on- but I have alot of confidence in the iod transfers!
