Notice Pay: Pls check whether the notice pay mentioned in the appointment letter 30/60/90 days and demand for it.
Provident fund (PF): Pls ask employer to mention date of exit for all after remitting Jan25 PF amount in PF portal. Otherwise it will create difficulties to withdraw or transfer the PF cash.
Letters: Pls get proper relieving letter mentioned on a good note not as absconding.
Health Insurance: Ask employer not to discontinue the health & accident insurance in mid of period.. Let it go till the policy date expired for all employees.
Gratuity Pay: 15 Days of basic pay/26 * No. Of. Years Service to be calculated to pay correct gratuity amount.

Many college do the same. I worked with a college where they collect all the orginal certificates from all professors and they won't give back and collect money from professors when they relieve. Salaries will be credited once in three months.
