These games are great!! My favorite game made by you (and probably my favorite game of all time on Game builder garage) is Kirby's 3D Garden. I think I like the Kirby games the most. :) ♥
The air bubbles seem excessive... you can still convey that it underwater without constantly spouting bubbles out of your butt That and the gravity of the balls makes no sense in an underwater segment. If you want to convey it being underwater, you only need subtle clues. An air bubble every few seconds out of the player character's head that floats up, and smaller ones when they double jump that originate from the feet or Bubbles apon impact of touching the ground after a large jump As for the obstacles, simple balls probably just because it's in Prototype stage, but the back and forth rolling ones can be loose barrels on a sunken rocking pirate ship Variety is the spice of life. A constant slew of what appear to be cannons firing is boring. the bouncing ones? sea creatures like jellyfish or pufferfish, with encircling ones like sharks or manta rays And sure the projectile cannons can be done, maybe a cannon or two on that pirate ship I mentioned, but maybe some fish that fire huge bubbles? Or a punching lobster? floating platforms doesnt make much sense underwater, they'd just float all the way up to the surface. Perhaps coral attached to nearby walls that juts out enough for you to step on or plateaus of rock & sandbars. If you need gaps, it doesnt need to be a deep crevasse at all times, even small gaps with danger inside is enough, like spikey sea urchins or poisonous anemones, or not even gaps at all and it just being a completely smooth surface with certain danger zones, like an eel poking its nose out of a pile of sand
