All of these were excellent suggestions. Maybe, not the drama on other BookTubers though, lol. That stuff can get out of hand and cause problems not worth anyone's time, attention, or nerves. 🤪😂 This is definitely a video to save for future reference purposes. And you were very entertaining - as always. 😁
I have been SOO slumpy, this year feels so weird with my reading, I can’t even read most of the genres I usually love it’s been so frustrating!! That being said this is so perfectly timed. I’ve been struggling! So I appreciate you and your timing ♥️
Oh good Im glad! Yeah its funny how slumps make you feel guilty somehow. I keep trying to tell myself that my body is trying to say its overloaded, but I think Im for frustrated cause it makes YT harder I guees, idk lol.
@@maggiesbooksandstuff For sure! It’s nice to take a breather sometimes but then you want content, so you have to try to go against the slump wave. Kind of a double edged sword at times, but it’s good to slow down once in a while too.
Hey Maggie hang in there it will pass. Another idea I've seen other people do invite your husband to interact with you in some sort of bookish game, like describing books on your shelf and see if you can guess which book he is describing.
Whats hard with that is the way our houses are set up, a normal wind passing between the houses, will sound like a train. But Im guessing you have been in a tornado area? Thats the one natural disaster that freaks me out
@@maggiesbooksandstuff Back in 69 a tornado came through the Cleveland area on the 4th of July, knocked the tree down in our front yard, several people were killed at local fireworks shows by falling trees. Most of the time they give tornado warnings and nothing happens very erratic, I guess that's what makes them scary.

If the wind sounds like a train head for the basement

Is it still a slump when you are currently reading but not as much as before and not liking or disliking any of them?
I wouldnt say thats a slump if you still want to read them, just bad luck.
But if your force feeding yourself to read, then yeah thats a slump
