I dont think a shake diet is a sustainsble way to lose weight either. I enjoy shakes here and there but that is mostly bc I have had weight loss surgery and they are convenient for extra protein. I think that SW guides us in the right direction with regard to eating good healthy food & enjoying it. This is why I chose to restart my SW membership. Your food always looks very delicious 🎉❤ xx
I’m like you, I love my food and can’t do all of them shake diets etc… struggling a bit to get back on it but I feel it will get better when things go back to normal after Christmas/new year !! Good luck ❤

I am the same lol I feel like a big thing at 5.10 ha ha. My ideal weight is round about 11.7 stone anywhere up to 12.7 stone. We do criticise ourselves lol 😂 I have done shakes before and I give up after a few days. I need food. It’s not so bad for breakfast but for lunch I like to eat something. There’s also a diet out there called ‘The New You’ plan it’s around 600-800 calories a day 😮and you replace your food with these packaged foods. I lasted one day lol 😂. That chilli looks delicious 😋 xxx
I struggle with lunches so it tends to be a sandwich or soup and a piece of fruit, beans on toast, egg on toast, I just keep it simple, and I always have a good meal at night x
It is difficult this time of year. I've had a day today where I've eaten anything and everything 😢. Tomorrow is another day. Your meals look great, well done for sticking to plan xx

Yep it takes a while to get back in the zone but you’ll get there I’ve found it get easier day by day
