In part 4, he couldn't even find that tiny rat which has been attacking him (thus giving away it's location) for quite some time now, part 3 Star platinum would have killed it with a range weapon the moment it attacked him and revealed it's location, even without timestop.

Also it might just be from the visuals, but it feels like Star Platinum can punch harder than Crazy Diamond but slightly slower, you can FEEL the power being put into a single punch from SP, but crazy diamond is not shown as such, that’s just based off the Anime, however

As far as Rats go, stands are based on inner fighting spirit right? I'm guessing two rats got the same stand because they are both wild and both rely on the same basic instincts. Iggy, Pet Shop and other animal stand users are more intelligent than wild rats, therefore they will have differently developed instincts and more diverse/specialised stands.

Meanwhile, not 2 feet away even stands Joseph Joestar, and don't say "He's too old to use Hermit Purple" he can still do it, he did it to find Angelo and presumably Josuke. AlphA_Kun I don't remember Crazy D ever defusing bombs. Sending SHA back into the chopped off hand - sure, but not outright defusing bombs.

it's not entirely 'disable' the KQ's power. Crazy D can restore the exploded body with the soul intact, but only if you are quick enough. Hayato's body in the 3/4th loop of Bites The Dust is your go-to reason

Here's a Stand I've made up I call, *Imagine Dragon!*
C in Power, C in Speed, A in Range, A in Durability, B in Precision and A in Potential.
Dragon Mind is a Stand that appears to be a purple and green Chinese dragon, with light blue tear-shaped tattoos all over its body, and a dark purple gemstone implanted in its forehead. It isn't fully seen since the Stand appears out of its user's back and hasn't fully left them. The longest Dragon Mind has ever gone was 72 meters, it may be possible that Dragon Mind's body is infinite. Dragon Mind has the ability to read another person's emotions by touching them, it doesn't matter if they are a Stand User or not. The tear-shaped tattoos will change color depending on the persons current emotion they're feeling: Red for anger, orange for jealousy, yellow for joy, bright green for disgust, dark green for lies, dark blue for sadness/depression, purple for mentally unstable or sick, black for fear, brown for hunger, white for dead, and rainbow for confusion. It makes for a good lie detector and has a punch up to 500 lbs of force. It also has a Sub-Stand, Demon. Demon appears to be a dark - almost black - purple 2 foot demon like creature with patterns of white lines across its body, which can become tentacles in combat. Demon has D in Power, D in Speed, E in Range, C in Durability, A in Precision, and B in Potential. It appears when the purple gemstone on top of Dragon Mind blows up and Demon comes out of its head, Demon retreats back to the empty cavity and the gemstone reforms. Demon is less useful in combat than Dragon Mind but it has the ability to use its tentacles to attach itself to someone's face (doesn't matter if they're a User or not), the victim feels as if they're choking even though air is still entering their body. Demon will then send itself, Dragon Mind and the user to an alternate world inside the victim's brain. This alternate world is a metaphorical city in someone's brain becoming a literal thing. The city has buildings representing a concept of a person's mind: A library that only has memories, a movie theater that only plays fictional scenarios the person thinks of, a strip club with strippers representing fetishes, etc. The city is empty but the person is there and confused as to why they are in a city they've never been to before. The user usually explains what is going on. If the person is a non-Stand User, they will be able to see Dragon Mind and Demon. When Demon retreats back to Dragon Mind the User and his Stand will leave the city and setting the victim free.
The User is Jyan Kitochio. Dragon Mind references the band Imagine Dragons, and Demon references the song Demons by Imagine Dragons. Dub name, Dragon Mind.
