She breaks that rule several times but, as I'm pretty sure both LM and LOS were in her favourite books videos, maybe she thought she didn't have to reiterate that she loved the series with QOAAD? That's the only reason I can think of! :)

School Sucks the books have been sitting on my shelf for half a year already! Stupid me! Will read them hopefully Jan or Feb. I will just have to read and finish The Mistborn Trilogy.
I haven't finished it yet, but from what I've read so far, the first 150 pages were inappropriately romance heavy, and the romances went nowhere so it was torture to get through and the plot is extremely predictable except when there's a deus ex machina. Not the worst Shadowhunter book, but by far the most disappointing, considering Lady Midnight and Lord of Shadows are the best books in the series.

I don't do audio books normally, but happened to come across Scythe on Audible and it was on sale and I was blown away! You are so right about the audio, the narrator is just amazing! I listened to book 2 as well and will again for book 3!
the seven husbands of evelyn hugo is such a hyped book and it deserves all the hype and the attention. This book is also my second favourite book of this year. It was so stimulating and captivating.This book made me want to remember all the smallest details from it. Like i want this book to be etched in my mind forever.
Neal Shusterman is just so underrated tbh and he’s been around writing books for so long! The Scythe books are definitely his best work thus far though!

I've been patiently waiting for the mention of scythe cuz I knew is was an important one. And then it was the first one! And It totally deserves it! Such a good series so far. I read it because Audible had the book on sale and I had to read the second one immediately after. She's right, the audiobooks are amazing!!!
Scythe & thunderhead were amazing. KOA moved me to tears! Didn’t realise I was that attached to the series until KOA tbh (almost shadowhunter level attached).
I loved sycthe and thunderhead too! I didn’t think the second book could get much better than sycthe but it so did. I can’t wait for the next book to come out because the cliffhanger in the thunderhead is so big!

AH! so happy to see Now I Rise on this list! That trilogy is one of my absolute favourites, so it's always fun to see it getting the recognition it deserves hehe.
Just as a suggestion I strongly recommend the Keeper of the Lost Cities series! I recommended it to my 21-year-old sister and she became extremely obsessed.

The first book was so good! I haven't read the others though. The unwinding chapter was so heartbreaking though. Both my favorite and least favorite chapter in the book. I almost wish I never read it but at the same time I'm glad I did.
After watching this i feel like i should finished reading Empire of Storms so I can proceed to Tower of Dawn and i love that you include All Your Perfects on your top list because it was just sooo phenomenal

And It's such a good conclution to the series. If you are thinking about skipping TOD and read KOA, don't . Cause you're going to miss some T. Anyways. Christine, are you going to do a book talk about KOA? Hopefully a long one like TOD?

People! You have to read Tower Of Dawn. You meet characters that are very important in Kingdom Of Ash. Also a lot of important information, that has a huge impact on the story. I have read KOA. And It's such a good conclution to the series. If you are thinking about skipping TOD and read KOA, don't . Cause you're going to miss some T. Anyways.
