Automatic ICE™ Systems: Ice Plant Inc. Install

We recently returned from another equipment install and commissioning at the Ice Plant Inc. facility in Mobile, Alabama. We originally developed this packaged ice plant in 2019. Since the original commissioning, we have added two additional Vogt P34AXL ice makers, updated the refrigeration system to accommodate adding a Vilter 4516XL compressor and added a glycol, recirculated cooling loop to all the compressors.
The project we just returned from involved, adding a second Hamer 525WT packaging line, integrated with a second SA2 Automatic ICE™ Palletizing System.
We are planning to return to this facility for yet another system update later this month. This update involves replacing the original ice-making integration control system, not sourced from AIS, with a new Automatic ICE™ control system.
