One query related to Mulikya ... I have digital version of Mulkiya copy from RTA and do not have hard copy since RTA issuing digital copy since 2 years...so will it be an issue in the boarder or should apply for hard copy from RTA ?

No idea about the mortgage but until unless you have the registration card on your name or the person travelling with you then there won't be any issues as they only check registeration card at the Saudi border.
If you are the owner of the car and mulkiya on your name then no need any ticket. Just need visa, mulkiya and lisence. That's it. If it is a company car then you are required trip ticket and RTA Approval as well.

If fingerings is not scanning.wat s the other option
To be honest I have no idea abd I don't want to give you wrong information.
For me it wasn't scanning aswell but after few tries it worked one by one
