With great hair! 😜I’m sorry you’ve had mental health struggles (haven’t we all) and I hope you’re getting through them. Don’t let any diet consume your life. I know plenty of people this has happened to. It’s the targets, the goals, the pressure. Eliminate it all. Any weight loss is a weight loss, if you want to lose weight. Why worry about how much or a time schedule? I think it helps to try to find some drinks and snacks that are low calorie that you like and just eat those and stop thinking about actual dieting proper, like it’s an active task. You’ve got to feel life is worth living and lovely grub is bloody marvellous, let’s face it!! 😜 Best wishes 🖤🌹
