    Your analysis of these off-road accessories was superb. Although I'm a putz and will never put my accessories to the test as you do it's great learning what works and what doesn't. For instance the Rally Raid Crash Bars mounting to the frame not the engine. I will definately make a mental note of that very important tip. Especially since my dumb head bought crash bars that would possibly damage my engine vs the frame. Learned something new today 😐👍

    So good to see that they actually have engine guards that attach to the frame instead of the engine, i didn't think they existed and was holding off buying any because i don't like the idea of adding vibrations to an already vibrating motorcycle.

    That's a whole lot of mods and upgrade.. Pumped up ..
    I just recently changed my tyres to Corsa cross platinum and they are doing good job so far...
    I am looking to get YSS suspension kits for front and rear..
    The wide pegs with spikes would be good I guess.. May get one of those soon..

I have the T REX SKID plate . It's awesome very strong connects to the frame also. Running Motoz adventure tire on back awesome tire good wear cheers 🍻

      @Solo Moto Adventures but if you damage a cast wheel you lose a whole wheel. If you do the same with a wire wheel you would just need a new exell rim. And maybe some spokes. Parts that are commonly available. This comment is aimed directly at you.

      That will be interesting to follow! Please share your adventures here. While the CB 500x is a fantastic bike - I want something more powerful so I think I am going for the 2023 KTM 890 adverture ( Not R because of the seat height and my riding style) - or possibly the new 750 Honda Transalp. Those bikes both weigh about the same as the CBX 500, around 200 kg. KTM has all kinds of tech widgets ( at a cost) And the Transalp has almost double the power at basically the same weight. Too many options!

I booked it in to a suspension specialist near me and for €45.00 they set it up for my weight and riding style and it has been great. It takes about 40 minutes and is well worth it. Hi thank you for the comment. The bars are rental fat bars which I got from rally raid UK and the crash bars were on the bike when I got it.

      Hi, as far as I know, the European models are made in Thailand, but open to correction on that. The mods I did myself.

    Quick question where did you get the high fender?

    • @solomotoadventures
      @solomotoadventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, got it online can't remember where, it's just a universal one. I used a few spacers to mount and get the angle. It's very easy.
