What are you taking about Dobermans are low maintenance. Gtfoh have been inbred so much that have some of the most health problems out off all dogs same goes for showline GSD

My dad loves dogs and since my childhood I have seen German Shepherd, Doberman and Labrador. But once he brings home Mudhol hounds they are just awesome guys, last seven years still active as young. We no more care about any rodents/reptiles or wild animals.
Not saying they are not good but over time they get lazy, also demands more care. Hounds are just carefree and doesn't demand other than love.

If you have a big farm house and need a guard dog then a ferocious dog with a killer bite like kangal or dogo argentino is best. For a small house G.S and Rotty are good guard dogs as they are relatively calmer & family dogs too.

Agree. Specially rottweiler. And I disagree with him for Belgian Melenois because he's the best protection dog but for farms and home, he's useless because he's too much of a dog. No ordinary person who's busy can handle the energy. And for a family dog, it's a big no no.

- Low maintenance compared to other mastiff breeds

Don't crop man please, they still look badass without the ear crop... Tail docking is also not needed but its still less suffering for them but ear cropping is too much

Both are good, Malinois are more athletic - like ability to jump walls. This is feedback I got from an Army dog handler who trained Working line GSD and Malinois. Even though GSD looked stronger, he ranked Malinois better!
