Thanks so much for making this video! I lived in and around Cusco for a year and a half years ago, but I wasn’t vegan then. I want to go back and visit and am vegan now, so this is so helpful!
We love it too, and that's really hard - each restaurant offered different standout dishes/vibes. I think my OVERALL favorite might have to be "Green Point", but I also really would have to list Nuna Raymi/Vegan Temple by Prasada as well - Nuna Raymi doesn't have as many vegan options, but the causa, potato dish and drinks are a very special experience. And I also just really love the tacu tacu at Vegan Temple as well as the chilled out atmosphere.
Just got back from Peru trip and Cusco was one of my fave cities in terms of vegan options, but I was disappointed with Green Point, average tasting food with expensive price, not worth it, there are better options, like El Encuentro , better tasting food and more affordable, and they can make vegan pisco sour upon request, and restaurant was right across my hotel lol, I wish I had more time in Cusco to explore the other restos u mentioned, thanks for the video :)
Thanks so much for the comment! I also agree that Cusco was a great city with vegan options. And I'm not too surprised to hear that about Green Point, it definitely is pricier and not everything on the menu is excellent - however, we loved the ambiance and the foods we like we REALLY liked. I also wish I knew about el encuentro before visiting cusco, it sounds like a great option!
Brazilian and vegan here✌️
Good to know that there are a lot of vegan options in Cusco 🤩
Thanks for the comment, and yeah there are TONS of options!

Glad it was helpful! That's awesome that you lived there for that time. It definitely is a very vegan friendly place
Currently in Cusco and I can vouch for it!

What other cities did you go to? I used to live in Peru, and I am wanting to go back and visit, and am vegan now and a bit nervous
