Cryptic Aeon But Duncan had the SAME armor and weapons (at least before she got stuff for killing the boss). It's not really her fault that she didn't run up to the Gaia Guardian and Duncan did. Being smart enough to not run up to it (especially when they both knew it'd get trapped in the bear trap), made her better at killing it. Duncan is still probably better at the game than her (as far as vanilla minecraft) but, I don't think you can really say one is better than the other at the entire game because they both have different mods they're good at. Kim is probably just pretty psyched like, she used to be a complete noob and now she's killed a boss that her friend who's been playing for a longer time had a bunch of trouble with. The gloating is a bit annoying but it's understandable I mean, she was kinda in his shadow for quite a while. (sorry this got long)
I love how duncan blatantly spawned in the wither skulls in the middle of the session, he didn't even bother covering it up by reducing the number of skulls in his inventory or atleast removing SKULL from his NIE search bar :D

So they have the same amount of risk whether they spawn it in, or they go and spend aeons grinding them (which is 0). As a result, the spawning in is cutting down time, and not bypassing any difficulty. In other words, it's pretty much not really cheating at that point.

I would suggest fighting the Wither inside of the obsidian structure where you summoned Llannibal. That way it can't fly too high, finding the Nether Cube will be easier, and the blast resistance of the obsidian itself will prevent damage to the area.
When i noticed Duncan had a stack of Wither Skulls, I laughed. I would certainly love to believe that they got those all Legit, but i don't feel like going through previous videos to see if they are or not. But still, really funny on how prepared they were, to obtain 64 Wither Skulls

The Holy Sword Excalibur actually seeks out enemies with the beam it fires. It might chain damage between enemies as well, but I'm not sure. So you could aim a couple of blocks away from an enemy and the beam would turn and hit the enemy.
Duncan...You will need far more than 12 more nether stars because you need to create the constructs to charge and create the materials and tools. You are playing with a power mod too Duncan. Not as bad as Aura Cascade, but you will need to go to the end to get some materials.
Me and my buddy are currently making a nether star farm! We're using Warded glass to contain the wither and it's explosions while a Bellethorn kills the Wither! Then it's as simple as collect the loot and set it up again! Ender IO Spawners are really useful when you need wither skeleton skulls!
I think the reason you kept getting withered even when you weren't near the gaia guardian was these area attacks of purple particles all over the ground in the area, like AoE attacks in a World of Warcraft bossfight. Keep an eye out for those. They spelled doom for me lots of times.
stuff about tinkerer's construct : you can use necromantic bones on weapons to give it life steal,which will make the tool heal you as you hit things and also use the bones to make heart canisters that increase your max health(I think it can co-exist with the Odin ring to give you extra health). also,you should make magical wood cleavers with enderium heads and add max nether quarts and add necromantic bones and a mossy ball and you will have an overpowered weapon of mass destruction. I think you can use elementium as a tinerer's construct material....................but I will not recommend it.

So excaliber im pretty sure is the best weapon in the pack (i think) so that mixed with odins ring and if they had a fully functional blood stone would make them basically invincible to anything right? well i think they could (no offence) do with some better armor because i mean the fairys are good and all but it doesn't really provide enough protection from damage and the fairys don't really do enough damage to make up for that protection loss do they?
Dear Duncan and Kim, I've always enjoyed the series, and will watch it to it's bitter end. However, lately I've come to feel that the series lacks in something of what made it so enjoyable in the past. Flux buddies has spanned three servers and four mod-packs and has never failed to engage me in it's storyline and overall character, but I feel that it has now come to the end of it's life. Traditionally, the Yogscast have never been good at ending a series - they tend to fade out, failtering; lose veiwes then finaly simply don't get made. It saddens me to think that this series, which you (along with the various editors and server-managers) have put so much time and effort into and that the fan-base have so enjoyed could simply end in such a way. I therefor ask you to bring the series to swift and merciful conclusion - granting it the ending it so deserves. I say this as a dedicated fan of both you and the Yogscast, and respect your right to disregard everything I have just said if you so wish. Yours sincerely, Wubcarp - long term fan.

use reinforced obsidian coz the withers cant break that then make a small downwards tube that then curves to a horizontal tube. use fans from openblocks to blow the wither into the tube after it falls then have some sort of killing machine at the end with a hopper to collect drops. also, you can use autonomous activators for placing the soul sand and heads if you can find some way to farm heads and soul sand
Excalibur's energy beam doesn't chain hit, it seeks enemies. So you can spam fire it and the lasers will fire around and hit everything, but each beam only hits one thing
Kim should REALLY learn about block and mob hitboxes. She keeps trying to click on the stick in the incense even if the hitbox is the plate itself. I mean - you can see where the hitbox is!
I have achieved their level of botania in under a day, so i find it quite strange that it took them so long to get to this stage 😂 but i guess they get a pass because they're adults.
The nether stars are the easy part it's the awakened draconian which is the hard bit it requires a ritual which reincarnated the ended dragon uses a lot of power and uses a lot of wyverin dust ( the best way to refine wyverin dust is the draconian chest which doubles it
get a set of enderium flux armor. its is a. a great thing to use all that power and diesal youve been generateing, b. its protective as h*ll, i did the gaia guardian two and still havent lost more than one heart, with the butten mashing in his face, c. you already have all the stuff to make it, to make it all you need is: ferrous ore(for gringding in a pulverizer and then useing the shiny metal for enderium) tin ender dust from ender ore(you should have gotten this in the digital miner) magma crucible and fluid transposer i know you know how to do it duncan, you already did it in hole diggers. its not that hard. oh and by the way if you get the sword and press 'v' to empower it it does 15 damage, thats more then kim's
If you really need an easy way to fight the Wither, there's a witchery circle ritual for it that only takes one skull rather than three? That's what I've been doing playing Project Flux.
before u make the orange tier of the weapons u need the purple tier and then to get the ingots for the orange items u need to do a mini rituial wich u need dragon heart and tnt with draconmium blocks so your a far way away form making the staff

From my experience, Excalibur does NOT chain through enemies. It just looked like that because it changed directions halfway through its flight.
I played through Draconian Evolution. It has a lot of awesome tools, well worth it.

The nether stars are the easy part it's the awakened draconian which is the hard bit it requires a ritual which reincarnated the ended dragon uses a lot of power and uses a lot of wyverin dust ( the best way to refine wyverin dust is the draconian chest which doubles it

get a set of enderium flux armor. its is
a. a great thing to use all that power and diesal youve been generateing,
b. its protective as h*ll, i did the gaia guardian two and still havent lost more than one heart, with the butten mashing in his face,
c. you already have all the stuff to make it,
to make it all you need is:
ferrous ore(for gringding in a pulverizer and then useing the shiny metal for enderium)
tin
ender dust from ender ore(you should have gotten this in the digital miner)
magma crucible and fluid transposer
i know you know how to do it duncan, you already did it in hole diggers. its not that hard.
oh and by the way if you get the sword and press 'v' to empower it it does 15 damage, thats more then kim's

That Excalibur sword is a reference to terraria's terra blade it shoots the sword and eveything
before u make the orange tier of the weapons u need the purple tier and then to get the ingots for the orange items u need to do a mini rituial wich u need dragon heart and tnt with draconmium blocks so your a far way away form making the staff

playing a Ret Pally feels like all you do is button mash your rotations
tip if you dont move all over the place once you have that excailbur you can just shoot and kill him fast and if underground i havent seen any mobs
if you enchant excalibur with sharpness V you get a lot of damage and an even bigger boost to it's attack speed
