Layne stold our hearts and gave us some magic music. Either with Alice In Chains or Mad Season...... He has a voice like an angel RIP LAYNE STALEY AND MIKE STAR
I was at the show too. I remember Layne being super late and Mccready was upset. They weren't called Mad Season yet. I was salty because they didn't go on until 12:30 and I had to work the next day. Glad I stayed!
Its like Jimi Hendrix.. you thought he'd be around forever and it doesn't seem real that the best rock vocalist is gone just as Jimi was the best guitarist

...i love this 'practice session' 🌼
Amazing--- goood stuff!!!! This is classic for a generation. Purely good music
favorite version thanks a lot
I couldn't imagine showing up late, most likely after a score, and just "winging it" onstage as the frontman. Wow!
This was the early stages of the song, it wasn’t finished yet. It’s not him fucking up it’s just them jamming what they’ve come up with so far.
@@Gerickmb My point was/is that even though its early and not finished, its still pretty dam good which is amazing
It's amazing how this song was completely impromptu...
Yeah seems layne forgot the lyrics and beat...I am glad he no longer is in pain
he was actually improvising at this show.
he hadn't written any specific lyrics yet.
he talks about it in an interview
