  • To complete cleaning up my rear end I installed the JL Designs ST-Light with integrated turn signals. Tools required for this install would be a 5mm Allen wrench, a poking utensil, wire strippers, and ideally a soldering gun. Overall I’m in love with the combo of the Fender Eliminator And Tail Light together. Be sure to Subscribe for future content! Evo X Build Past/Present/Future coming soon!

Can you make a video on how to install the R6 gas tank pad?

I threw out my rear fender with the turn signal lights attached. OEMs online are big time expensive because I’d have to buy the whole signal and wire. Do you know if there’s a universal harness or whatever that will plug into the connectors in the tail section?

Will this pass inspection with no other form of rear blinkers?

Appreciate the feedback! For now that is just the stock Yamaha Tank Pad. But I am definitely looking into some actual tank grips as well :)

It looks nice but it might confuse most road users without a good road placement.

I agree with you there.. The lights are too close together to actually see the difference imho. I have since installed the additional side lights from JL Designs as well to tackle this issue :)
