I’d swap Spencer, bulgy and Smudger in order Smudger was just reckless and nothing more, bulgy tried to take over the railway whilst Spencer was a narcissist but hardly did anything that bad
I agree I wish Diesel 10 was a spot lower but the troublesome truck for what I saw is more evil then him being they are reckless as heck they always have extreme bad temper and always make fun of everyone for no reason
