You need to play the tree of genesis levels in episode 5 where you play as the monsters there are many videos on how to do it i would recommend watchimg it from Suspect Amy tho

It's still a nerf. His 100% cr push plus attack buff every 2 turns is what makes him so good in PvE and when he was still so meta in PvP several years ago. increasing its CD by twice is a huuuge nerf
