I have nephew who stayed with me for years It's true that you have to develop his motor skill before he can speak. I do fixing things around the house and I ask him as my assistant. I found out that he is very interested with bicycle. so first he has to learn how to ride then after he has to learn how to fix it kung nasira yung bike. When he ask for help he exerts effort in figuring what words he will use so that I will understand what he mean and it WORKS. I hope this will help you and guide you so that his mental orientation will shift to more responsive and responsible person. I admire your patience!!!! JR my nephew is now staying with his parents. He assists his parents in their small business in Marawi City.
