@@AizakkuAnalysis- it showed what Sonic be like without his memories like Eggman. Sonic didn’t have the same drive for adventures and like the peaceful lifestyle instead of seeking adventures. The reason why he got his memories fast is because their wasn’t really a need to wait around to bring his memories back unlike Eggman.
