as an Indian I am happy that tibetans are happy and were able to build a nice home and community in my country..i dont think of tibetans as not Indians..anytime i meet a tibetan in Canada they always speak in Hindi with me and i always ask where they lived in India..i hope you guys prosper in India and get your land back someday.

I would say it was Tibetan medium education earlier but in the last decade or so the CCP have been switching more and more school to mandarin medium in Tibet and introducing boarding schools. The video you are watching is shot in India.
