Slightly failing to consider that BPOs might move to a semi-permanent/permanent remote workforce of work from home, which might lead to them needing to rent smaller and smaller spaces. I would welcome this as an employee myself. Eliminating rent from my monthly expenses would be a game changer.

just wanna ask, given u've decided to invest in the two of them MP2 & REiTS, do you just have to shell out 1 time? example 10k...or after 10k as a start then u have to follow it up with a monthly investing? thanks and more power to u😊
Thanks for a great video. Would it be possible for you to share a video with MP2 & REIT comparison based on assumed numbers? For example 100k investment. Use highest and lowest actual dividend yield for MP2 for last 10 years versus highest, lowest projected and actual dividend for REIT. And include all deduction charges like taxes. Thanks very much.

For now MP2 po muna ako. Somewhat conservative pa kasi yung risk appetite in terms of investment. When time comes makabangon na tayo from pandemic i might consider the REITs. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to us. When kaya ko na baka pwede ko n sya mapag sabay. :)
