Over the past year I have watched lots of series while stitching. Virgin River is a favorite, the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is a hoot, Schitt’s Creek is amazing, Bridgerton is intriguing as the fashion is so fun, Younger is fun, McLeod’s Daughters is about life in Australia, women running a farm. My favorite series that I have watched a thousand times is Outlander. I love it. I love period pieces. I have watched Polldark , Downton Abby, Call the mid wife but Outlander by far is the best I have seen. I'm so glad that your eyes are getting better and you are stitching again. Broadchurch is a good one to watch. I love David Tennant though so that's why I like it. It's a crime drama. I'm a big one into true crime and I really watch a lot of Oxygen these days while I stitch. I love all your finishes and am so jealous that even with your surgery how much you got done. Great job! Take some advice from someone who is not good at listening to good advice: listen to your body and let it take the lead. It knows what is best and it will signal warning signs if we are not listening to it. Relaxing is good when we need it 😽

I’ve been reading DG’s books for 25 years. I listen to them on audiobook over and over. For a current series, I love Virgin River. Your video made me want to get out all of my fall stitching as well. My go to fall back "series" is Little House on the Prairie. It was a crucial part of my childhood; giving me an hour of comfort in a world of fear & stress. I own every season & all the movies and have watched them from start to finish many, many times. This year was hard, my mom died and I'm just starting to get myself back together. I'll be watching Little House again (starting in a few weeks) as I sew, quilt & stitch to soothe my grief. ❤️

Believe it or not, I started watching an old tv show, Monk. You and Lori have got me back into cross stitch and now have three starts with lots of blackbird designs waiting in the wings. I completely understand about your back pain. I was in the middle of hand quilting a quilt for my oldest son and could not sit fir more than 10 minutes. Most of my time was spent lying on the floor on my back to get relief from the pain. Take care of yourself and your family first. I enjoy your videos whenever you’re able to post them. Take care ❤️

I do not watch alot of TV but I do watch, or listen to, a whole bunch of Flosstube! But a recommendation I have is an oldie but a goldie miniseries if you can find it! The Thorn Birds is wonderful and it is also one of my very favorite books! Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching with us!

Am envious of all of your accomplishments. Am retired and don’t complete half of the projects you do. Some of my favorite series, chiefly on PBS are: Jamestown; Miss Scarlet; Endeavour; Sandition; Beecham House; Victoria, Bridgerton … just to mention a few. The Birds of a Feather charts are wonderful. The project bag is one we all could use as it appears to be one of the larger ones. Welcome back!

I think I will try working on a red sampler too, one color does sound great!! As far as series, I was going to say Call The Midwife like a lot of others. Poldark and Outlander series, I just don’t know if anyone could beat. Cross-stitch and quilting are the same as far as everything I see I want to stitch and/or quilt!! I need more hours in a day!! My go to fall back "series" is Little House on the Prairie. It was a crucial part of my childhood; giving me an hour of comfort in a world of fear & stress. I own every season & all the movies and have watched them from start to finish many, many times. This year was hard, my mom died and I'm just starting to get myself back together. I'll be watching Little House again (starting in a few weeks) as I sew, quilt & stitch to soothe my grief. ❤️
I don’t watch a lot of TV, mainly floss tubes and listen to books while stitching. Birds of a Feather Sally Spencer is my unicorn chart. I love it and haven’t been able to find it. I am so glad to see you again.

Believe it or not, I started watching an old tv show, Monk. You and Lori have got me back into cross stitch and now have three starts with lots of blackbird designs waiting in the wings. I completely understand about your back pain. I was in the middle of hand quilting a quilt for my oldest son and could not sit fir more than 10 minutes. Most of my time was spent lying on the floor on my back to get relief from the pain. Take care of yourself and your family first. I enjoy your videos whenever you’re able to post them. Take care ❤️

I am so glad you are back and feeling better! As someone who has eye issues, I know how hard it is not to be able to do what you love every day. I do not watch alot of TV but I do watch, or listen to, a whole bunch of Flosstube! But a recommendation I have is an oldie but a goldie miniseries if you can find it! The Thorn Birds is wonderful and it is also one of my very favorite books! Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching with us!

I really enjoy historical tv series as well. I recently enjoyed Bridgerton - the costumes and sets are amazing. If you haven't watched Outlander, it is a must too. As always, I thoroughly enjoyed your video and gorgeous projects, wishing you continued improvement on your eyes and back so that you can delve into all your crafts without hinderance. Being in my 8th decade I tend to enjoy older series, Columbo and Midsummer Murders being two of them. I also would enjoy Sally Spencer. Happy to see your smiling face again, stay safe and well.
Am envious of all of your accomplishments. Am retired and don’t complete half of the projects you do. Some of my favorite series, chiefly on PBS are: Jamestown; Miss Scarlet; Endeavour; Sandition; Beecham House; Victoria, Bridgerton … just to mention a few. The Birds of a Feather charts are wonderful. The project bag is one we all could use as it appears to be one of the larger ones. Welcome back!
