This was a short video mainly about Arwen. Of her facing the choice between leaving Middle Earth and going to Valinor "where her love for Aragorn will be ever green...but never more than a memory." Or to stay in Middle Earth with Aragorn for one lifetime, but taste the bitterness of mortality.
