I suggest trying to clean the battery compartment, sometimes it gets corroded and can stop the prop from working. If it isn’t that then idk because there are many reasons for a prop to stop working and it’s hard to narrow it down to why. If you ask on a Halloween collector Facebook group they might be able to help.

On the base that’s not the vomit. That’s a urine. There’s a scene where she pees directly on the carpet and just stands there.
The goop is puke that she spits up in the bed scene where her head spins.
