Working with Toolbars in CorelDraw

The only option to make thing larger is under > Tool >Options>Customization>Command Bars.
In that window you can make them Small, Medium or Large.
This affects you drop down tool bars.

At 5 min where he wants to move the Save to PDF button to the file toolbar, this doesn't work on CorelDraw X7. Some feeds suggest hold down Crtl or Alt or both but none of these work either. I am trying to add the SAVE AS button up there, but cannot work out how.
