I just want to forget him forever he is my “ friend” on text sends gifts for Christmas bday 🤮I hate him and this avoidance personality disorder.
All of this is counter intuitive. Why would we even believe that this is all we deserve. Why would we have to be coached and play the game. This gamble game with the avoidant is not sound advice. Time is a commodity that the dismissive does not deserve. This advice is a waste. The Dismissive needs the help. The X has been given the best gift you can ever expect to receive the run away. Let them. Don’t be there when they return. Take it and say thank you and never look back. Be honest it never changes.
You should listen to what is being said. Don’t hold on too tight to anyone or anything. The space you give them, gives them the comfort they need. And it gives you space to do and get the best out of your life. It’s scary, but once you get use to it, the freedom and love lets you bloom!!
I did 30 days of no-contact. Did she start having the fear of losing me during that time? I now know that during the 30 days she started dating another guy (rebound).
If seeing you hurt, makes her run away, she doesn't deserve you.

Sounds like a rebound to me. I will post few videos on the subject next week stay tuned
