#1 - At 0:14, near the top left, you can see Luigi on the platform.
#2 - At around 0:55, when Peach and Toad enter the pipe, at the bottom right of the pipe, you can see another Luigi!
#2.5 - Don't know if this counts, but at 1:20, you can see entering, then exiting the pipe...Waluigi!? What is this madness!?
#3 - At 1:50, you need keen eye-vision. At the top of the hill, yet another Luigi!
#4 - Finally, at 3:06, near the top-left, the last Luigi is inscribed within a block!
