    I was a WMT driver at Quinton garage, Birmingham, which closed in 1997, i have video footage of its last day of operation. I moved to Yardley Wood garage after.
    Metrobus's were great but crap in the snow unlike the earlier Fleetlines, Fleetlines were super in the snow. Super great days in the 80s 90s and early 2000s. Seems pretty dumb now compared to them days.

    Brings back memories trained on an ex wmpte mcw metrobus I remember it was gog xxx w can't remember the numbers. I was employed by first London capital but the training was carried out by John's school of motoring in Edmonton North London.

    We used to have loads of Mk1 and Mk2 Metrobus in Sheffield. Miss them but always preferred the Fastline variants.

    I remember the MCW on the tooting/kingston route 57. Good Times.
