just by watching on twitch, streamers dont earn anything directly from you/us just viewing (it can lead other people who will tip/sub to the channel, though). for streamers to earn money/revenue (only speaking on twitchs terms as i have experience with it and none on youtube streaming) you have to either have a paid subscription, cheer with using bits (which is what pops up on screen as "cheered x" - think of them as pennies. 100 bits is $1), or tip using paypal/other means. streamers can "indirectly" earn money by playing ads like commercials if they choose, though. so TLDR: youtube gives revenue without having to give/pay anything, twitch is mostly all monetary support from viewers. but with all that being said, streamers appreciate every viewer - paying or not!
@@elli_eso Thanks, this was very helpful! So catching a livestream on twitch is a bit better because then they get more traffic but otherwise watching the full thing back on TH-cam probably makes them more money... TH-cam it is then!
Jesse, have you managed to ruin the entire word with eco lifestyle yet? I'm on my way to all of evergreen harbour being industrial, but I have had to put 20 fireplaces and power generators on each bastard lot
What gives Plumbella more revenue? Us watching this on TH-cam or on Twitch?
I want to know the same thing
