I want to thankyou all the way from Australia for taking the time to upload this video. It has helped me out big time, buddy. My little dude is gonna love his Christmas gift.
Thanks a lot for the review. We bought it a while ago but I haven't had the room in my yard. I'm gonna try to build it for this summer. I love your yard. We live in the desert in southern California, and there's nothing green like that here. Plus no grass due to the droughts. Hope your kids enjoy it!
For the record, this is actually the KidKraft - Copper Ridge Play Set. Cedar Summit (who is the manufacturer) changed their name to KidKraft about 2 years ago (roughly). I only wanted to bring this up because I had a customer who was looking for a quote to install this set and used your video as a reference so I knew what model he was talking about.
I was wondering if it’s a pain to mow around or fairly easy and if your sprinklers get the grass area throughout the play set well? We’re debating what to put for the floor of it and sod seems the least expensive.
On the matter of the floorboards, the directions do state to make sure the boards are spaced evenly apart. That's why you had the gap at the end. And it sounds like you didn't much like it. I don't mind mine. And yes, it takes a while to do.
just watching your video again, it looks like you had to sink your twisty slide in the ground a little bit too. that drove me nuts because i didnt have to dig for any other part of the fort or swings, just tamped down in some areas. i ended up having to dig down like 4 inches to get the bottom slide piece to fit so i could bolt it together.
Hello I have a few questions. Wanted to put parts 1-17 in the garage because it is currently freezing here outside in jersey but I want to get started just Incase of missing or broken Pieces But will I be able to fit them through a 4 foot gate door opening. Also which box number should I start with. Thank you for your help in advance.
Can I ask a question about the steps 17-20 please. The angle of the swing support legs (parts 183) and the support brackets that hold the legs to the main beam (part 181) on my build look off but I can’t see where I’ve gone wrong. Looking online others it’s hard to tell but they also seem slightly off angle. Was this an issue on your build? Many thanks in advance.
@@shawy93 thanks yea i ended up getting my dad to meet me there with his truck. i put the slide in my suv. i just finished building it thursday. did it all myself as well, not difficult, but very time consuming. thanks for making the video.

Thanks for the video. I’m about to start building mine Sunday.
Thank you for this video...esp the little tips to avoid what you had to change
Great tips--I appreciate you taking the effort to share them!
This is a good and honest review. Thanks..
Awesome just bought the same exact swing set,
Start building it today.
How long it take you
Awesome review thank you for the information!!!!
Thank you for the video!
What are the dimensions of the set? What are the longest and widest measurements once slides are attached?

Good idea on the cooking item locations. That tube slide is a a pain in the ass as the holes do not even line up.
How long did it take you to put it together
Has anyone stained the set first to protect from termites and weather? Is it worth the extra effort?
Cedar.. not an issue

Is there anywhere online with full dimensions of this playset? I only can find the outside dimensions of 19' x 11'
I just checked , it's 19x 11 and I'd say 14ft high
The floor boards 9051 are difficult. Doesn’t seem there’s enough spacing for 15 of them. Anybody else have this problem?
Mine was the opposite. It easily fit them all
Can the tube slide be assembled separately then attached to this structure later on?
Yes

It looks cheaply done. How is it holding up after a year?
Mine is around 2 years old. It's been through 2 winters. It needs re stained other then that it held up great
@@techshredderify I am in California and my concern is drying out wood material. Should I stained whole wood structure even at the beginning.?
Were you able to anchor it down? And if so how did you do it?
Yes , it came with metal stake that you pound into the ground. The stakes then get screwed to the swingset
do you know how big the boxes were? trying to see if i can fit it in a 3 row crossover.
Probably not
Besides being heavy they’re about 3’6” and the tube slide comes in a big box as well
