Trump MAY NOT LEGALLY claim that the next election is INVALID ... but he will try .. and tie the country up in court cases and angry supporters.
Biden was not then or now " the nominated candidate " of the Democratic Party. The date of the convention has not been changed. His status was the same as Trump's in the GOP before the Milwaukee convention floor vote. Front runner. Where did Haley's delegates go ??? Oh Oh ... she handed them over to Trump. So she betrayed her primary supporters ... which is permitted by GOP internal rules and regs. OR maybe the Democrats should claim that the GOP convention was illegal and so they cannot run for office ?
The Democratic National Convention is when Kamala Harris will be formally endorsed as the candidate. Just as Trump & Vance were formally endorsed at the RNC last week. If you're American, why don't you know this basic fact about the way your elections work? I'm Australian.
