My family would talk about me behind my back and would make jokes that hurts me a lot but I laugh with them even though it broke me inside. This made me cry a lot, my past traumas and fears made me so scared. It really destroyed me, since it happened when I was 10. I'm 16 now and you are right. Thank u a lot.

I feel you. Since the pandemic happened, my brother has been speaking to me like trash. When we are in front of people, they'd tell jokes like I'm useless, ugly, worthless and etc. I just learn to laugh it out, even though it feels like someone is stabbingy heart and back with their words. 3 years later 2023, I joined a sport that I really came to love. There was a sports fest, if course I felt nervous because it's my first time. But when I came in to take my mom's permission she said 'go do what you want' when I heard it I know what she meant. It meant that's dangerous because the sport I'm going to compete in is Taekwondo. When I heard those words it felt like I was unsupported, I just declined the offer/consent to fight. When I came in class, I saw how my classmates friends came to watch them fight, while me I just sat there in the corner. In tht corner I felt worthless. Some of my friends kept on encouraging me to join but I just stay there silenced my brother's words came circling in my thoughts. After this event, I went back to training not as usual but more anxious about my skills, after the 4th training after the sports fest, i quitted. My senior was teaching us some kicks, but when it was my turn I kept messing up. After that I left and said I have a headache, I also told my mom that I had headache. After that I quitted it, It hurts whentyou finally found something you can call home but ut crumbled all the way because of the you thought that the family you knew would never hurt you that made you quit your hobbies/sports. When I left, I started eating less, being on my phone all the time, no energy but my mom didn't noticed all of these. After a few weeks of leaving, a friend of mine(also a Taekwondo player) asked me why did I leave, I jsut tild them I'm tired. The day after that she told that when I left, coach got a bit strict and kept asking my friend whether it was the fund I had to pay for the lessons, I didn't answer. Now I'm still here, but bit happier because of God's Word and my friends.
I thanked the Lord for the Words He taught me and to the friends I had when I was struggling.
