Not sure if JesCom has already updated their website and also if they accept online orders already, but in the Philippines it's available at the Tanging Yaman shops at SM Megamall and at the Ateneo de Manila University (where the Jescom offices are based) :)

Jescom also puts up booths in most events and concerts of their singing groups (including Hangad), so usually that's where Philippine fans can also purchase songbooks...that's where I got my copy of the "Stand by Me Still" songbook, which includes the sheet music for "I Sing the Mighty Power of God" :)
