Or do you select them for your demo videos? Could you maybe talk about your daily/weekly schedule a bit? I take it you work full time? How do you find the time to get to the gym with clients spread over the day? And how.mucg time is left for you for mind-related contents in your life, as massage and gym are both body-related?

If someone asks me this, i quite normally will do 30 mins on the neck face and head. Then do 30 on the feet to enhance relaxation.
