I used to wear 4 - 5 sprays of silver scent, at school, in the australian summer. I got complimented when in very open spaces, but in enclosed areas such as rooms, people would complain. I have learned my lesson, and with 1 spray, it is my daily driver and i absolutely love it.
This is a very pleasant smell I have bought a tester and I love it but is only last about 3 hours projection and then about 5 hours on skin I was very sad because seeing this reviews and some others say only spray ones and good all day but is not at all right u need way more 😢
@Mały Głód I don't believe that Silver Scent Intense is actually stronger than Silver Scent by itself. Two sprays of Silver Scent down my shirt front will last me all day, and I will still smell it on my shirt the next day, no problem.
@Mały Głód Jacques Bogart makes several other powerful fragrances, including One man Show, One Man Show Oud, Pour Homme and Arabian Nights. Other good powerful fragrances are Ted Lapidus Pour Homme, Paco Rabanne Pour Homme and Bentley For Men Intense. All of these are under $35, most around $25.
I have Silver Scent INTENSE and I've never worn it in public. One spray and it feels like dropping a grenade. It has a metallic note that feels like vibrations to my nose. There's no other way to explain it and I love it. I only wear it after a workout in the afternoon when I don't plan on being seen for at least 12 hours. Hahaha! 😂😂
I've seen Lex Eliis give a very encouraging review of Silver Scent Intense. That one sounds special. Love the house of Bogart too. Great quality fragrances.

Just ordered La Rive Steel Essence, which has been noted as a JB Silver Scent clone. I don't have JBSS, but didn't spend almost anything for LRSE. It's almost guaranteed to be weaker (maybe more like Silver Scent Deep?), which I'd prefer.

There isI a 50 ml bottle. I know it 'cause I own one. It's very difficult to find it over here and, by the price, I can see why. It's almost the same price of a 100 ml bottle. Yeah, always it's more convenient to buy the big bottle instead of 2 or 3 of the small ones, but in this case that is maximized.

its true! i regret purchasing it!! i purchased it in 2008 & hardly 5% is used till date. in my view a person who didn't have bath for days & apply this perfume/stinking dog can use this safely!! once i applied this and went to my in laws house; there my sister in law got nauseated by this perfume!! bogart pour home is much safer!!

Ask people around you if they can still smell you. This one can make you a bit nose blind.

I didn't find it offending. It smells like Chanel Allure Homme Sports in the beginning and smells like a Blackcurrant Jam in the dry down.
