I have made this twice. I am American. She executed this perfectly. The best key lime recipe I have ever made. I made it with regular limes last year and it was INCREDIBLE. Today I have actual key limes I will make it with. Clodaghs recipes never fail. Thank you Clodagh once again for perfection!
