Not related with today’s mooch but what ammo is best suited to theraband golds as I’ve noticed in a few videos you have said ammo too light can cut band life, cheers mate

Hi buddy really depends on how old and strong the kids are lol..... I’d recommend something like our “Target Pro” bands on EBay..... they’re a nice light draw and ideal for kids to get a feel of shooting with 👍
