Honestly, this is so refreshing! The last time my family tried new brat flavors, I got food poisoning and my mom launched a hunk of bratwurst across the room.
I'm not surprised at all. When having eggs, sausage, and toast with jelly, I always "dip" my sausage into the jelly on the toast. I also like a little jelly on my eggs. For a treat sometimes, make a fried egg sandwich, but substitute jelly for the mayo spread onto the bread. Same for a sausage patty sandwich. Great combination.

I'm German and the part that made me and my boyfriend both went "NOOOO" wasn't the unusual ingredients, but the way the Bratwurst was prepared. Bratwurst literally means "Frying sausage". Anyway, thanks for your wholesome videos!
Dry cabins and yurts are very popular here in Alaska. Many of them have very very simple kitchens with no space for a large regular oven. The air fryer would be perfect!
I'm from Minnesota and have tried several flavors of their brats, but not the Koolaid or gummy bears. We actually stopped by to get the gummy bear ones, but they were out. We got the regular, the beer, bacon and cheese curds and the pepper jack ones. They were all fantastic! Hi Emmy. I'm a WI native and MN transplant. We definitely love brats! Summer isn't summer without them! If you ever visit WI, please check out Louie's Finer Meats, a locally owned meat shop in Cumberland, WI (about 1.5 hours east of the Twin Cities). They have a great selection of unique brats to try, plus a cheese shop with fresh cheese curds. Anyway, this video has made me want brats! Can't wait for summer.
Grundhofers is the best! It made my heart so happy to see a local MN favourite in your video. My favourites are whiskey peppercorn and raspberry habanero.
My kid life included many ham and grape jelly sandwiches. Yeah, sounds weird, but the combination of fruity sweetness with the ham's saltiness really works. Sweet and savory do go together.
Another "hard times" recipe-Mock Lobster Salad. 1/4 lb. crackers broken into large pieces. I bell pepper, diced. 1 C diced celery 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 C tomato juice 1 C Mayonnaise. Notice, there is not one fish in this entire salad! Mix all together, serve! Tastes remarkably like a seafood salad, so I make it for my son who is allergic to sea food.
Just had some Grundhofers brats. Tonight we tried Jalepeno popper (pretty self explanatory) and Nacho Cheese Deluxe (nacho cheese along with bits of olive, tomato jalapeño, etc). Both good, Jalepeno popper the best! Gummy Bear brats are in the freezer for next time perhaps with friends. Have had them and agree they're not bad, but pretty good. It's definitely more the uniqueness of them that appeals I think.

We always boil our brats in beer and dried onions, so the beer flavor is always there in all our brats.
I'm definitely going to try the air fryer in winter when it way too cold to grill (-10/-20 below zero😨)
I’m born & raised. I’ve lived in Minnesota my entire life, I’ve never lived outside of the inner city of Minnesota (Minneapolis) I’m 22. I’ve never heard of this Bratwurst place before...interesting! I’ll have to check them out! Thank you!
That's cause you live in Mogadishu
Loving the MN state fair merch 😍😍
we all love emmy !!!
Grundhofers is the best! It made my heart so happy to see a local MN favourite in your video. My favourites are whiskey peppercorn and raspberry habanero.
That’s a BEAUTIFUL cutting board!😍
Hey Emmy ty for the beautiful video!
I love bratwurst. I cut it up into bite-size pieces and sautee it and then add canned tomatoes and sometimes onions, and then serve it over rice.
Would wanna try that🤤🤤😍😍😍❤❤❤ and your videos are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I just have to say, I absolutely love your hair in this video! You look amazing!
Loved your videos since the beginning!! You are great. .
A friend of mine will pierce the casing and boil the brats in raspberry vodka. Then throw them on the grill. He says they are wonderful.
Why is it so dark in here? Great video Emmy! I think I’d love the Kool-Aid one the best!
My kid life included many ham and grape jelly sandwiches. Yeah, sounds weird, but the combination of fruity sweetness with the ham's saltiness really works. Sweet and savory do go together.
OMG!!!!!! Emmy gave me a shoutout! I'm LIVING right now!!! XD
OMG, I am so behind on my Emmy videos!! I'm so excited so all this new content
