One advice I could give to my younger self (I am 40 now), is to always always do stuff in the order of fun and enjoyment. Follow highest excitement, because your soul knows which activity is for what time. When you enjoy and love something, you're aligned with soul, when it feels like uphill struggle, veering away from soul. You know by how you feel. I learned this from Abraham Hicks.
For me, it's the opposite. If I do fun stuff first, I have no motivation to do the less fun stuff later. I knock out the stuff I'm dreading first so I have the fun stuff to look forward to later when my energy is waning and I don't spend all day with that feeling of dread.
@@tarabooartarmy3654i used to be like that too, and to an extent i still am but without the feeling of dread being a motivator anymore? idk how to explain it but i kinda trained my brain to not see the dreaded activities as awful xD and instead of sometimes waiting for the least desired things to be out of the way, filling the time before with stuff i also enjoy or improving myself has made life overall more well rounded. i never thought id be able to do fun stuff before significantly less fun stuff (stuff i used to dread) but i can say it’s one of the most beneficial things ive learned. just had to challenge my brain at the start fr. anyway i wish the best to youuuu
@@neverforgetpapa5386 oh, I do hope I can get to a point where I no longer dread the less fun stuff. I’m almost 50, and I’m still stuck with that. I procrastinate a lot because of it. I really want to stop doing that. 😊
@@tarabooartarmy3654 i completely understand. i spent my life focusing on how impossible it was and living in perpetual discomfort, but just a few weeks telling myself the opposite and trying it out gave me a chance to see change. just one moment at a time ^^ you’ve got this!
