Grateful as always for your perspective and content Jeff. Your voicings/finger patterns for those scales are so useful for fluidity and helping mitigate seeing distinctive blocks around the neck. Thanks again!
The stuff I have learned from you listening to the great music you have recorded with legends it's a thought for every moment I touch a note thank you Jeff
Absolutely love this lesson and your other ones! It is nice to see the mistakes or imperfections as well as the exquisite playing. Thank you for making these videos and being an incredible bass influence!
USEFUL KNOWLEDGE HERE PEOPLE !! I find that it would be very helpful if you'd include a link to the past video(s) that you mention a reference to in your current video(s)... THANK YOU JEFF.
Mistakes means something NEW was tried. ( And that we are humans .) Just an old fan that totally agrees in that point 😊👍 { Interesting, I've always thought about how the great players mentaly " categorize" the tipes of sounds related to every inumerous possibilities of chord sonorities. ( In the past 35 Years I have my own "subjective" feelings and thoughts) . I feel that it's very subjective and related to personal experiences and really there's no "Theory' about how someone "feels" about every possible chord, inversion, polychord und etc... I think that this is one of the many beauties and "misteries" of Music no ?}. Sorry, the long text 😊👍
Who could dislike this video? The man is freely giving away knowledge that he would’ve spent thousands of hours and dollars to learn. Thanks Jeff!
Jeff is a real teacher. That simple
So glad you don’t edit out your mistakes, but instead show us how to fix them. Consummate teacher.
GREAT TEACHER !!!!!!!

You are great Jeff , than you ... Gretings from chile
A true teacher showing you the REAL life not the edited show-off! Jeff Berlin is the best bass guitar teacher ever and its not me saying it!
Great!
Jeff: would you suggest before learning these chords in all keys that I have internalized how to spell all twelve keys?
By omitting the perfect fifth from the C Maj7 #11 arpeggio, does this not essentially render the arpeggio as C Maj7 b5?
I don't think it would, because the Maj7 #11 arpeggio is derived from the lydian mode
@@Marlon2112 but what Jeff is presenting is derived from the A Melodic Minor mode
Love ya Jeff !! Its been many years!! I know where the bodies are buried ! 67p
I give a like for the mistake and being a legend 🙌
cool, but the sharp 11 is not part of the chord tones, as it still has the G (5) in it;)
