Azerbaijani - looks like Turkish but Turkish doesn't have the upside down 'e' I got 16/20. I don't speak these languages but I've seen them enough to identify their little giveaways.
15/20. I thought Belarusian was Ukrainian, Tamil was Telugu, Macedonian was Serbian, Zulu was Xhosa, and Persian was Urdu. At least I was in the right area for them all!
So... 1. Spanish (I'm a passive speaker). 2. Hebrew (alphabet). 3. I thought about Ukrainian, that was Belarusian. 4. Georgian (alphabet). 5. Definitely Chinese (but I couldn't say if it was Mandarin or Cantonese). 6. Arabic. 7. Kazakh. 8. It looked a bit like Latvian, I had no clue there. 9. I thought about Singhala, that was close... 10. Hard to differentiate from Estonian but I went for Finnish. 11. I guessed Serbian, close again... 12. Portuguese (passive speaker). 13. Quite close again, I thought about Swahili. 14. Vietnamese. 15. This time I was pretty confident for Ukrainian ^^ 16. Lithuanian. 17. Since we already had Arabic, I guessed Farsi. 18. Indonesian (that was a lucky one ^^). 19. Gaelic for sure, I went for Irish Gaelic. 20. I didn't remember where we have the reversed "e"... 14.5 (I count the Chinese one for 0.5).
9/20. My answers: 1. Espanol 2. Hebrew 3. Ukrainian 4. Georgian 5. Mandarin Chinese 6. Persian (i really struggle differing arabic and persian) 7. Kazakh 8. ? 9. ? 10. Norwegian (im so ashamed doubles are Finnish that was a big mistake) 11. Serbian 12. Portugese 13. ? 14. Phillipino 15. Ukrainian 16. Romanian (?) 17. Persian 18. ? 19. ? 20. Azərbaycan dili Ben Axıska türk 🇹🇷
13/20. The Chinese script is actually just simplified Chinese (as opposed to traditional Chinese). You can read it as Mandarin, Cantonese, etc., or any dialect you like. There are a lot of language "pairs" that are difficult to distinguish. For example, I can barely read a few Russian words. I know that Ukrainian has a different 'i', but trying to tell the difference between Ukrainian and Belarussian is impossible for me! Likewise, Arabic and Farsi use the same script. I thought Farsi had some letters that were different, and when I saw some triple dots, I thought that was Farsi but turned out to be Arabic. Georgian and Burmese look remarkably similar for two countries very far away from each other, but I got lucky with that one. Tamil and Telugu look very similar to my eyes (as I'm not familiar with these), and I got that wrong. Maori was a bonus (since I'm Chinese New Zealander) that I suspect many people may not know.
The last one I thought looked Turkic, but I thought Turkey didn't have upside down 'e's so I guessed Azerbaijani and got that right. The Zulu one I thought was Swahili (looked like a language on that coast of Africa anyway). The language that looked Celtic I guessed Welsh, but turned out to be Irish.
Arabic was very hard to read, you wrote it left to right. I like it when quizzes like this include languages with Arabic text, but it's not easy to tell Arabic from Persian if the letters are randomly scattered like this.
I got 15 out of 20. I failed in getting Belarusian because I thought it was either Bulgarian or Uzbek, I failed in getting Maori because I thought it was Fijian, I failed in getting Zulu because I am not good at African languages in general. I failed at getting Lithuanian because I thought it was Latvian, and I failed at getting Irish because I thought it was Welsh.
Guessed 9, but was very close by at least 3 of them. The ones I got were: Spanish, I learn spanish so I know Hebrew, which by the way is written from right to left Mandarin, which some of my friends can speak & write Arabic, but something felt off but If I see the comments I'm not the only one lol Finnish, since I have friends in Finland Portugese, which is quite simular to Spanish Persian, which I kind of recognized Indonesian (bahasa Indonesia), which I guessed since I'm currently learning this language also the languages with Cyrilic writing look all the same to me I'm sorry but for every one I guessed Russian xD
2:35 PLEASE StOp writing arabic from LEFT TO RIGHT like please The language is meant to be written from write to left and when you write it like that it loses it's beauty and it looks to foreign people really confusing and weird even for arab people so i hope you understand cause it's really annoying sometimes 😅 💜SIHT EKIL TSUJ ETIRW UOY💜 💜رجاء احترموا كل لغة 💜
18/20 Missed Belarusian and Tamil (I just know it's from India.) And that's why I was confused with Arabic 'cause I haven't seen it written as individual letters. They're always "woven" together. Thanks to Arabic-speakers for explaining. Stay safe and healthy everyone!
Thanks for the video! Being crazy about languages, I got 18/20. Couldn’t guess Zulu and Lithuanian, my answers were Swahili and Latvian respectively. I had to combine Arabic and Persian letters, it was so funny. Turkish is my native language and I speak Russian, Farsi, some Ukrainian, some Arabic etc. So it was relatively easy for me to recognise Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Belarusian, Ukrainian and Macedonian.
Perhaps, he used Google Translate from English to Indonesian. It's very common in English to use "however" in the middle of the sentence, but it's weird in Indonesian, isnt it?
I got 16 points. Correct: Spanish, Hebrew, Belarusian, Georgian, Chinese, Arabic, Kazakh, Finnish, Macedonian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Persian, Irish, Azerbaijani. Fail: Maori (no answer), Tamil (no answer), Zulu (no answer), Indonesian (no answer).
8/20 Tbh, I couldn't guess my native language, Indonesian, cause it's written like Malay. It's like classical story before Indonesian language exist. And for Arabic, Hebrew, and Persian, I was just shocked.
8:07 It is not "tropic" like in English. It is spelled "tropik" in Azerbaijani. The same meaning, different spelling. Fun fact: In Azerbaijani pronunciation letter "c" is pronounced like "j" in the word "Japan"
As a Spaniard / Japanese man, I found it a bit hard to differentiate between all these retard languages. I got 20/20 because I’m gifted, but ultimately I believe in the eradication of all languages except Catalonian.
And again as previous one 15/20 I thought I was good in recognising languages I failed with Maori(I thought Tahitian) Tamil(I thought Bengali) Macedonian(I thought Bulgarian) Zulu(I thought Hausa) Indonesian(I thought Malay)
The arabic and persien ones were the same unmatched letters they should make a meaninful text to disting them even me as native arabic speaker i thought that persien was arabic

11. I guessed Serbian, close again...
12. Portuguese (passive speaker).
13. Quite close again, I thought about Swahili.
14. Vietnamese.
15. This time I was pretty confident for Ukrainian ^^
16. Lithuanian.

That Cyrillic scripts is confusing me
2:59 Kazakh 🇰🇿♥️
The language that looked Celtic I guessed Welsh, but turned out to be Irish.
if you see "ў" is Belarussian
That's one weird indonesian sentence 😂
Almost like copy paste-ing from google translate 😂
It probably was!
What does the sentence mean?
10/20. The countries that use cyrillic alphabet is so confusing.
Arabic was very hard to read, you wrote it left to right. I like it when quizzes like this include languages with Arabic text, but it's not easy to tell Arabic from Persian if the letters are randomly scattered like this.
I got Spanish, Arabic, Finnish, Hebrew, Ukrainian, Chinese, Indonesian, Azerbaijani,Persian 👯💃🏿🕺🏿
this game is absolute madness
I got 15 out of 20. I failed in getting Belarusian because I thought it was either Bulgarian or Uzbek, I failed in getting Maori because I thought it was Fijian, I failed in getting Zulu because I am not good at African languages in general. I failed at getting Lithuanian because I thought it was Latvian, and I failed at getting Irish because I thought it was Welsh.
Hebrew came out in reverse!
I guess they didn't know you are supposed to read it right to left!
1)Spanish, 2)Hebrew, 3) Russian * , 4)Georgian, 5) Mandarin, 6) Persian*, 7) Ukrainian*, 8) Hawaiian*, 9) Malay*, 10)Finnish, 11)Russian*, 12)Portugese, 13)South African, 14) Vietnamese, 15) ?* 16) Albanian*, 17) Persian 18) Malay * 19) Irish 20) Turkish *

Hebrew, which by the way is written from right to left
Mandarin, which some of my friends can speak & write
Arabic, but something felt off but If I see the comments I'm not the only one lol
Finnish, since I have friends in Finland
Portugese, which is quite simular to Spanish
Persian, which I kind of recognized
Indonesian (bahasa Indonesia), which I guessed since I'm currently learning this language
also the languages with Cyrilic writing look all the same to me I'm sorry but for every one I guessed Russian xD

PLEASE StOp writing arabic from LEFT TO RIGHT like please
The language is meant to be written from write to left and when you write it like that it loses it's beauty and it looks to foreign people really confusing and weird even for arab people so i hope you understand cause it's really annoying sometimes 😅

Missed Belarusian and Tamil (I just know it's from India.)
And that's why I was confused with Arabic 'cause I haven't seen it written as individual letters.
How could you guess Macedonian, as person who knows 2 Slavic languages I didn't recognized it and confused with Serbian
7:03 i thought this is urdu but it turned out to be persian
Same but still at the end I thought that 51% Persian and 49% urdu so Persian wins and I got that one correct. (11/20)
Gaming Shaming yes because Urdu comes from Farsi, that’s why.
But damn it was weird. It was written in the wrong direction
Number 10 was easy because I'm from Finland
Ketika furiosa tiba di tempat sakral tersebut, bagaimanapun? How could you guys put 'bagaimanapun' in the middle of that sentences?
Perhaps, he used Google Translate from English to Indonesian.
It's very common in English to use "however" in the middle of the sentence, but it's weird in Indonesian, isnt it?
Tapi klo dipikir2 ttp nyambung juga klo setelah 'bagaimanapun' gak pakai koma :v
Ga hanya saya yang bingung ternyata
Aduh malu banget aku bahasa sendiri salah 😥

Kalo di ganti 'namun' bisa jadi masuk akal.

It is not "tropic" like in English.

Well said
And again as previous one 15/20 I thought I was good in recognising languages
I failed with
Maori(I thought Tahitian)
Tamil(I thought Bengali)
Macedonian(I thought Bulgarian)
Zulu(I thought Hausa)
Indonesian(I thought Malay)
Still pretty close. Well done.
I guessed Macedonian would be Serbian because I thought only in Serbian there's the letter "J" in cyrillic script.
Indonesian and Malay is looks similar, but you can difference both of them when you hear two people, one speaks Indonesian and another speaks Malay.
Because actually Indonesian is Modern Malay
