This X2 option is a riskier option than 50:50 option. KBC has cleverly changed from the earlier 50:50 to X2. In 50:50, 2 wrong answers are removed by the computer, hence chances of being right or wrong are 50:50. But in this one, you have two chances - in the first chance you have a 1/4 or 25% chance of getting it right, if you're wrong in the first chance you have a 1/3 or 33% chance of getting it right.
