I always had some builders argue about winding the strings backwards, and trying to make a case I was doing it wrong. I never had a problem with it on the few I did this with, but ultimately stopped because of the reactions. Thanks for emphasizing the important string pull angle and not getting caught up in all the other nonsense.
I don't watch videos like this but it was in my recommended and between the lighting and the guitar on the wall behind this guy's head I thought the thumbnail pic was of this dude with his hair on fire, I'd totally watch this if his head was on fire while making it
