    We actually had a guy like that who came to our church and said those very things about 2 years ago. We have made a few changes and are still struggling😬

    Measurement was a great tip. Will make sure I’m collecting data so when I look back in 6 months time I can see how far we’ve come :)

    Just jumped into serving my church, started a new nucleus site, handling social media, bulletins, emails, and children's church, this was exactly what I needed to hear today. Especially waiting to make change and build clout with people.

    Fun fact: in every video after we are introduced to the “boss man,” he points to the host then looks down to the left to his iPhone....every time! I watch every video to see if the trend continues. :-)

    I am working 3 places
    1 starting my own business
    2 a 20 year old stuck in their way place
    3 someone else's start up
    And 4 volunteering at a place with control freak leadership
    [Not even micromanaging it's flat out choke hold* won't let people help... well asked me to help... So pulling teeth hurding cats etc.]

    So what motivates the change that you're talking about? It seems like it's the culture that's changing and you want to change the church to fit it. This video lacks Christianity because following Christ isn't the reason for the change you want in the church.
    If instead, you started saying "the Bible says we should do this, therefore let's change the church", I would consider that Biblically supportable.
