I just got the dlc and this guide is pretty good, had the game for a while but dustloop wiki doesn't have good info, I need guides to properally learn characters
Knowing that you have to swing the axe to gain axe power, but Labyrs's attacks usually end in a negative state. Usually ending in a 236a to keep it safe, but I'm just wondering. I know that 5aa is safe as well.
Hey, I've been having a ton of trouble doing Labrys' jump cancel from 2B into j.BB -> jc -> j.BB. Any tips? I can never seem to actually jc the 2B at the right time.
I'm guessing you're getting a grounded 5b? This was happening to me a lot, the best thing to keep in mind is that you actually have a lot of time to jump cancel 2b and not to rush it, you need to jump cancel it basically at the end of its animation.
I've been looking for a Labrys partner and I really like using Rachel, is she a decent assist or do I need to look for someone else? Her 5P covers sandwich and rushdown while the other two give her ranged puishes which can lead to pressure and combos. Any thoughts???
I can get the B follow up to chain knuckle to land easily after 4AAA, but getting the 4A link after that is extremely difficult. You kind of seem to suggest otherwise in the video.
My guess is that the 4A is dropping because the chain knuckle B follow up is being done too low to the ground, which could be causing the 4A to miss. I placed emphasis on the B follow up because if you line that up correctly the 4A will line up as well. You don't have a lot of wiggle room for the 4A, you do with the B follow up. It's just something I had to grind out for about 30 minutes then I got it. But if you're finding it difficult, don't hurt yourself over it. Come back to it later as there are more practical combos. I also suggest checking out the combo videos in the description there might be combos there that accomplish the same thing but are better suited for you!.
Donald Oliver funny thing is I had plans for Aigis when she released, learned her, loved her, and even played her at EVO. Just never made the video lol. Got busy with life. But I can revisit her soon!
